1) Payment in full must be received before any goods can be dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2) All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%

3) Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once we have delivered them.

4) We can only deliver goods to the same address to which the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods is registered, except in cases where payment has been made by cheque, postal order or banker's draft and the funds have cleared fully against our account. There are no exceptions to this rule.

5) Delivery dates quoted are indicative and not guaranteed. No liability will be accepted for delay in delivery.

6) Damage or short delivery must be noted at the time of delivery to the couriers on their paperwork. Damages/shortages must be notified to us within 24hrs of delivery.

7) Digital pianos will be delivered flat packed into your ground floor premises. You will also need to make provision to assist the driver with delivery-in order to keep delivery cost to a minimum: our courier provides a one person delivery. Two person delivery is available at extra cost, please ask for details.

9) Please note Northern Ireland delivery is not classed as UK mainland. A seperate delivery charge will be quoted to all other destinations other than actual UK mainland.

10) Any product may be returned to us for a full refund within 7 days of delivery providing it is in the same condition as when delivered and in the original packaging. The buyer however will pay all delivery charges involved in delivering and returning the product.

11) Please note this money back guarantee does not apply to software that has been opened or hardware that includes software as part of the package, where the software component has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.

12) A restocking fee of £5.95 will be charged on all returns made within the 7 day period.

13) Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.

14) Refunds can only be made by the method orginally used to pay for the goods, credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customers account.

15) Should a product be found to be faulty within 28 days of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. Outside the 28 days from the date of delivery it will be the buyer's obligation to return the product to us for manufacturers to repair, under the terms of manufacturer's warranty. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.

16) All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

17) There is a minimum 12 month guarantee on all new products.
